SleepyBaby is designed to help parents soothe their babies with calming sounds. We built this app with privacy in mind — we collect only what's necessary to provide the service and nothing more.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal data to provide and improve our service:

• App preferences: Your selected sounds, themes, and timer settings are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription status: Managed securely through Apple — we do not have access to your payment details.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, etc.)
• No location data
• No audio recordings from the Listen feature — audio is processed on-device only
• No advertising identifiers
• No third-party analytics or tracking

Microphone Permission (Listen Mode)

The Listen mode requires microphone access to detect when your baby is crying. Important points:

• Audio is processed entirely on your device
• No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted
• The app only listens for sound levels, not speech or specific sounds
• You can revoke microphone permission at any time in Settings

Subscriptions

SleepyBaby Pro subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information — all transactions are handled by Apple according to their Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

All app data (preferences, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

Children's Privacy

While SleepyBaby is designed to help with infant care, the app is intended for use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.
