1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SleepyBaby ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SleepyBaby is a mobile application that provides:

• Soothing sounds to help babies sleep
• Listen mode that detects sound and automatically plays calming audio (Premium feature)
• Customizable themes and timer settings

3. Important Safety Notice

SleepyBaby is not a baby monitor and should not be used as a substitute for adult supervision.

• The Listen feature detects general sound levels, not specific sounds or emergencies
• Always supervise infants according to safe sleep guidelines
• The App is intended as a sleep aid, not a safety device
• Consult your pediatrician for infant sleep advice

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SleepyBaby offers free features and optional premium subscriptions ("SleepyBaby Pro"):

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Subscription Pricing

• Monthly: $2.99/month
• Yearly: $19.99/year (save 44%)
• Lifetime: $39.99 one-time purchase

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Grant microphone permission only if you wish to use Listen mode

7. Intellectual Property

All content in SleepyBaby, including sounds, graphics, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The sounds will work for every baby
• The Listen feature will detect all sounds

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
