These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of SnoreGuard ("the App"), developed by Yves Muheim ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is designed for informational and general wellness purposes. It records and analyzes snoring patterns to help you understand your sleep habits. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including sleep apnea.
The App does not provide medical advice. Snore Scores, audio recordings, and any analysis provided by the App are estimates only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any sleep-related concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information obtained through the App.
The App offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, and content, are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
